WTA Sponsors 2020 MLK Dinner for Victims of Gun Violence in DC

The WTA was honored to be one of the sponsors of the 2020 Martin Luther King Dinner for Victims of Gun Violence in DC.  We provided a number of laptop computers that were gifted to the mothers, brothers, and sisters of young men to died from gunfire in Washington DC.  It was an incredibly moving event that was made possible by Commissioner Regina Pixley, who also served at the master of ceremony.  Also attending and speaking at the event was Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White, who identified the plague that gun violence brings to Ward 8, and how many families have suffer the heartbreak of multiple family members lost due to gun violence.
