The
small apple-like fruit of the Hawthorn tree is usually
red or orange in color. Unlike other fruit it does
not have a husk or capsule. The fruit is loosley
packed together at the end of branching stalks.
Most of the fruit is 0.3" - 0.8" in diameter.
