When you are thinking about spoilage for your trip you
basically watch what you buy. The things that you would
not want to take are things that spoil easily in heat or
just time. For example, liquid milk is not a product you
would want to take, it spoils easily in heat. Have you ever-left
milk outside in the sun
if you have, then I don't need
to explain it to you. The best thing to take is powdered
milk. Also, you might want to pay careful attention to the
expiration date. Think about how long you are going to be
out then look at the date. You want to leave as much space
between the expiration date and the last day of the hike
as you can. If you pay attention to all those things then
you might not have to worry about spoilage as much.
