WildTech - Community Based Programs
The Wilderness Technology Alliance partners with community-based organizations to provide technology projects and services to needy community members. The WTA beging by training community center leaders to lead technology service-learning activities including:
- Providing refurbished computers with software
- Providing technology training classes
- Establishing and managing a computer lab for community technology access
- Opening a communiity technology support help desk
- Providing web design services

Community center leaders then operate these programs with ongoing guidance and support from the Wilderness Technology Alliance. Current community-based programs include:
- Community for Creative Non-Violence (CCNV) - Established in 2006
- East Baltimore Technology Resource Center - Established in 2004
- Jubilee Reach Center - Established in 2006
