Community Service

The students of Methow Valley Enterprise are committed to helping our community prosper by providing computer technology to all of its members. Community service is a major component of a schoolwide educational experience.  

The Methow Community is a very supportive of the development of this student enterprise.  Many community members are self-employed and encourage student entreprenurialship.  Also, the community is excited that students have more choices to gain skills in computer technology and related subjects.

This enterprise will provide students with great learning opportunities to gain experience in practical and transferrable technical skills: 

Technology

·    Understand, Install and configure computer hardware.

·    Demonstrate proficiency in the use of microcomputers and their peripherals

·    Understand, install and configure computer software.

·    Demonstrate proficiency in the use of microcomputer software

·    Demonstrate proficiency in the use of microcomputer operating systems software

·    Understand, install and configure network hardware.

·    Understand, install and configure network software.

·    Demonstrate understanding of networked environments

Leadership/Project Management

·    Develop Team Work and a Code of Ethics
