Human Resources Department.  Students in this department deal with student employment issues including interviewing, hiring, worker safety, and conformity with employment and OSHA standards.  There are many activities for the HR department that could be assigned to the Executive Board.

Technical Department.  This department addresses all technical issues of the enterprise, beginning at the most simple and ending with extremely advanced.  You might want to have students have dual roles; one in the technical department and one in another department of their choosing.  That way students will be learning tech skills regardless of their knowledge level or other enterprise role.  You can define which days students are working in their technical capacities and which days they are taking on their other departmental roles,or you can leave that up to the students.

Marketing Department.  Students in this department promote the products and services of the enterprise.  This includes pricing, packaging, promotion and target marketing.

Accounting Department.  Students in this department manage the assets of the enterprise, both physical and financial.
