Executive Summary:  The retail market has been expanded by the buying and selling of goods via the Internet. eCommerce expands the market for sellers from localized to worldwide. Sellers are able to provide goods to anyone who has access to a computer and the Internet. With the addition of electronic payment systems, such as Paypal the timeliness of the money transfer between buyer and seller has shrunk considerably.  Thus eCommerce has the potential to increase the market for business through the increased number of potential buyers. If an individual seller has access and means to ship their products, eCommerce can provide a market for their product thus creating more profits for the seller.

Individuals within local communities who want to expand their businesses onto the internet; Individuals who want to learn how to use eBay to sell and trade.

Program Goals and Objectives:  To provide skills to individuals through eCommerce orientation and eBay training; Use internet resources to develop small businesses; and generate income to contribute to the sustainability of our enterprise.
