In response to an invitation to create a school-based student-run technology enterprise, students at Omak High School have developed this website and Pioneer Enterprises. The goals of this enterprise are to have students gain work-based learning experiences aligned to curricula by providing valuable technology products and services to their local community (refurbished computers, software training classes, web sites, etc). It is the intention of the enterprise to generate revenue to self-sustain and grow.

Through reassembling and repair of older products, we can create quality products that can be reused. When we combine this with training, it is possible to earn revenue to create a self-sufficient business.

Working with the districts technical department, our aim is to provide the teachers and/or staff with professional webpages and to help train staff to maintain and update their webpages.

Using eCommerce, we will promote, advertise and solicit business related to our refurbishing and web page development enterprises. The goal is to provide an additional revenue stream for the enterprise.
