2025 Success in Tanzania: Expanding Digital Literacy

WildTech, in partnership with World Vision Tanzania, the Tanzania Ministry of Education, and
others, hosted a very successful education technology program in Tanzania in 2025. It was a
deep field experience in rural and nomadic areas of Tanzania, where there are few economic
opportunities and youth barely survive on subsistence farming, hunting, and gathering. We
supported extremely low-resource secondary schools, teachers, and students with a seamless pathway from learning to earning. We accomplished this by providing computer labs, teacher training, technology vocational training, and work-based learning.

The word is now out in East Africa about this successful program. Strong interest is being
expressed by schools and non-profit organizations in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania to bring
